Our south facing pool area has a magnificent outlook over a large lake and open conservation area, and is an ideal place for those long lazy days by the pool. We feel this lake and conservation view is a wonderful asset to our home.

The upgraded pool measures 30' x 15',and is really quite special with an integrated children's paddling pool with a feature waterfall. The swimming pool and paddling pool can be heated if required and also has been fitted with new LED color changing underwater lighting. The deck area has automatic area lighting to create a suitable safe and relaxed evening atmosphere.

The large extended patio area around the pool (40'x30') is 'cool decked' so you do not burn your feet when walking around the pool.

The covered lanai area enables you to sit outside but not in direct sun if you so wish. The entire lanai, patio area and pool are fully screened keeping out flies, moths etc.
