Our rates are per week and are fully inclusive of all taxes.  Rentals of six nights or less will be subject to an $100 cleaning charge.  Rentals of 21 nights or over we offer a discount.  We can accept payment in either US Dollars or Pounds Sterling.  A deposit of £150 or $295 per week (deducted from rental)  is payable when reserving our villa.  The final balance payment is due 10 weeks prior to departure. 

£300/$450 security deposit required on all rentals. This security deposit is fully refundable pending inspection from our Management Company.
